Sajeev Kurup Elected Ayurveda Promotion Society’s President


The Ayurveda Promotion Society, an apex organisation representing various stakeholders of the Ayurveda industry, has a new President in Sajeev Kurup, representing Ayurvedamana Hospitals.

At its 6th Annual General Meeting of the Ayurveda Promotion Society recently, key leadership appointments were announced for the year 2025–26.

The newly elected office bearers are:

- President: Sajeev Kurup V, representing Ayurvedamana Hospitals.

- Vice President: Aji Alex, affiliated with Healing Touch Ayurveda Yoga Retreat.

- Secretary: Shri Shailendran Mohan, representing CGH Wellness.

- Joint Secretary: Pradeep Narayanan, from Malika Ayurveda.

- Treasurer: Shri Ravi Varma, from Nagarjuna Ayurveda Centre Limited.

The organisation's primary objective is to promote Kerala's Ayurveda practices, both within India and abroad, through collaboration with various government departments, including the Ministry of Health/AYUSH, Ministry of Industries, Ministry of Tourism, and Ministry of Education.

As the society aims to elevate Kerala Ayurveda to a globally recognised brand, the newly elected leadership reaffirmed their commitment to advancing traditional Ayurvedic medicine and wellness on the international stage.

The society, registered under the Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act, 1955, includes members from a wide array of entities such as Ayurveda hospitals, clinics, medicine manufacturers, resorts, and medical institutions.
