'Limitations of Modern Medicine Driving Youth to Ayurveda'

The field of Ayurveda is witnessing a surge in interest among young individuals as they seek alternative healthcare options due to the limitations of modern medicine, according to Dr. Partap Chauhan, Director of Jiva Ayurveda. Recognized for his significant contributions to Ayurveda, Dr. Chauhan was honored with the esteemed Doctor Honoris Causa degree at the convocation of Mansarovar Global University in Bhopal on Saturday.

Dr. Chauhan expressed his deep gratitude for the recognition, remarking, "It is truly inspiring to witness an increasing number of young individuals exploring Ayurveda and demonstrating their reverence for our traditional wisdom. I firmly believe that the youth's interest in Ayurveda stems from the limitations of modern medicine in effectively addressing long-standing issues like stress, diabetes, and heart conditions."

Dissatisfied with the efficacy and side effects of conventional treatments, they are attracted to Ayurveda's emphasis on natural remedies and its comprehensive understanding of health and well-being.

Ayurveda's holistic approach, which takes into account an individual's unique constitution and focuses on treating the root cause rather than just symptoms, resonates with the youth seeking personalized and long-lasting solutions to their health concerns.

With personalized treatments, telemedicine platforms, and a growing global presence, the increasing accessibility and effectiveness of Ayurvedic healthcare are attracting youth in hordes, he said.
