To de-stress do the following:-


Soon after you are home from work have a shower in luke warm water. Make sure you squeeze a lime into this water for more energizing effects.

After bath have a good and fresh fruit juice or fruit salad. In this way you can avoid tea or coffee.

A light warm up can be done using simple exercises. Be cautious not to sweat profusely.

Listening to music that is sweet and light will easily soothe your soul.

Switch off mobile phones and tab once you are ready for bed.

Make time to spend with family at night.
