Global Ayurveda Fest to showcase the largest-ever Ayurveda expo


The fifth Global Ayurveda Festival (GAF 2023), to be inaugurated by Jagdeep Dhankhar, Hon’ble Vice President of India, on December 1 at the Greenfield International Stadium at Karyavattam, will feature the largest ever Ayurveda expo covering 2,50,000 square feet and comprising over 700 stalls. 


Leading Ayurvedic institutions will showcase their products and services at the expo. The display by the Ayush Department covering a 10,000 sq ft area will be one of the major highlights. Apart from the Arogya Expo pavilion of the Ayush Department, there will be stalls of sponsors and major Ayush institutions.


A Home Pavilion built in an area of 1,200 sqft with the theme ‘Ayurveda Today, Yesterday and Tomorrow’ will showcase the history and latest trends in Ayurveda. The Educational Expo will feature pavilions of 20 Ayurveda colleges highlighting the unique features of Ayurveda. 


Exhibitions by Ayurveda hospitals and MSMEs are the other highlights of the event. The MSME Expo will see startups exhibit their products in 120 stalls. A free medical camp comprising 25 specialty clinics offering outpatient services will be open throughout the fest. Also, Rs 15 lakh worth of medicines will be distributed free as part of the camp. 


The spacious ‘Ayurveda Aahar’ food court will serve a wide variety of healthy food. Besides, an awareness class will be held for the public about Ayurveda medicinal plants and yoga as part of the expo. The event will be attended by delegations from over 70 countries.
